“Before you awake, I go out driving, and the writhing in my chest calmly quells its anxious beating, as the roads wind their way to a freedom I can only get from moving forward.

And the light stretches out like a vintage painting - cotton candy clouds speckling the skies with orange and pink and sweet promises of what the day will bring.

And my heart begins to sing as the clouds stretch on and on and on - all peaches and dreams, like a song made of rainbows and romance (and a chance to find beauty), beckoning me forward, calling me with dusty pink skies and peachy polka doted clouds, showing me how to fall ever more deeply in love with myself once more.”
